For US mass tort and PI firms
New ads every week for the torts you're running, each with a sheet showing where every claim comes from, so your compliance team can review it fast.
What we found in 526 live mass tort ads
52%
of live mass tort ads were less than 3 days old
68%
were run by lead-gen brands, not law firm pages
2%
of headlines said who the ad was for
Meta Ad Library, 18 US mass torts, 4 November 2026. See the full study.
Case acquisition on Meta runs on volume. The advertisers taking the most cases put out new ads every few days, and every one still has to get through compliance. That's usually the hold-up, not the media buying.
What you get
New concepts every week
Fresh ads for each tort you run, in the formats Meta rewards: static, motion, UGC and AI UGC. Volume is the job now, so we plan for it.
Written for one claimant at a time
Most mass tort headlines say the same thing to everyone. We write each concept for a specific person and the moment they're in, so the right people recognize themselves.
A claim sheet with every ad
Every factual line sits next to its source, so your compliance team checks a list instead of starting from scratch. Final sign-off is always yours.
Creative only, or campaigns too
We can hand over the ads for your media buyer, or run your Meta campaigns as well.
Who it's for
US claimant-side personal injury and mass tort firms, and the case acquisition companies that work with them, already advertising on Meta.
It's not for firms that aren't on Meta yet, or for defense-side work.
How the first call works
- 1Bring one tort you're running.
- 2We pull your live ads from Meta's Ad Library and put them next to the rest of that tort.
- 3You leave with the first thing we'd change, whether we work together or not.

I'm Rhys, founder of The Social Outline. We make performance creative for paid social. Between 10 October and 4 November 2026 we shipped 232 approved ads. I run the first call myself.
Questions
Do you give legal advice?
No. We're a creative agency. Our claim sheets help your compliance team review faster. They don't replace it, and your team signs off every ad before it runs.
Which torts do you work on?
Any tort your firm is running, subject to a conflict check before we start.
Do you only make the ads, or run them too?
Either. Some firms want creative only and keep their own media buyer. Others want us to run the Meta campaigns as well.
How are dramatizations handled?
Any scene with an actor or an AI-made person is labeled as a dramatization, and we use your firm's disclaimer wording for each state you advertise in.
What happens on the 30-minute call?
Bring one tort you're running. We pull your live ads from Meta's Ad Library, put them next to the rest of that tort, and show you the first thing we'd change, whether we work together or not.
